Kurzzeitig war es auch im offiziellen Sailor Moon Store erhältlich, wie immer jedoch nur in begrenzter Stückzahl. Das Cover zeigt die Inner und Outer Senshi mit ihren Waffen, gezeichnet im bekannten Artstyle von Naoko Takeuchi. Der Titel ist in Goldschrift geprägt, das Layout erinnert an die Gestaltung des offiziellen Artbooks. Innen bietet das Album Platz für bis zu 40 Karten auf 20 Seiten mit Einsteckfächern im Postkartenformat.
