THE BRIDGE MULTICULTURAL PROJECT LAUNCHES “EMERGENCY SUPPORT FOR OUR ASYLUM REFUGEES”

A great Humanitarian Day in Brooklyn at The Bridge Multicultural Project and led by Council Member Farah N. Louis and Assemblywoman Roxanne Persaud working closely with The Office of Mayor Eric Adams as we launch our mission to deliver essential clothing and supplies to the newly arrived refugees. Refugee families arriving here in N.Y.C are fighting every day to survive, recover and rebuild their lives. Continued support will help provide clothing and emergency supplies to children and families arriving from conflict-affected countries .Councilwoman Farah Louis thanked the community and Mayor Eric Adams who organized a strong response in dealing with the urgent need to ensure that all the needs of the refugees are met.
 
 
Mark Meyer Appel spoke of our moral responsibility to assist in this emergency drive.This is our challenge and we as New Yorkers always lead with great compassion in times of need A special thanks to Marie-Guerline Paul of the Haitians Nurses Network and Rabbi Shlomo Segal of the Rabbinical Alliance of America ,@Sallie Bennett, Carol Delille Elias and the hard work by the staff from Councilwoman Farah Louis.
